An introduction

Again with the blogosphere. Here we go.

After 3 hours of playing with photos, I can no longer procrastinate actually adding words to the new blog.

In a previous life I was in an office, dealing with numbers and employees and bosses. Today, I am fulfilling a dream, on a tiny patch of land we call a farm with a herd of goats and sheep we milk and a cheeseroom to turn their nectar into decadent cheeses.

The change wasn’t overnight, it was a long journey. When news is slow on the farm I’ll be sure to bring you up to speed.

Thanks for vicariously joining our ride, and welcome.

  1. I’m so excited to follow along on your journey. I am wondering how large your farm is – ours is tiny but we love it.

    • You’re close enough, you should come visit! We have dairy sheep as well – I love them! I was never a sheep fan until I met dairy sheep (ours are EF/Lacaune and Arcott/EF).
We’re on just under 5 acres, a true micro-farm. Seriously, come visit. You can contact us through our website to set up a time/directions, etc. http://www.littlebrownfarm.com
